Acceptance
By using https://scalableconnects.digital or booking a session with Scalable Connects, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the site and do not submit booking requests.
Services described
Pages on this site describe human-delivered sessions related to weekly crypto portfolio snapshots, benchmark comparison, and desktop performance monitor onboarding. Descriptions are informational. A binding engagement begins only when we confirm a booking in writing and you accept the stated fee and scope.
No investment advice mandate
Unless a separate written mandate expressly states otherwise, our sessions do not constitute regulated investment advice, fund management, or brokerage. We do not execute trades or take custody of digital assets.
Intellectual property
Site text, layout, and branding belong to Scalable Connects or its licensors. You may not copy substantial portions for commercial use without permission. Snapshot summaries we prepare for you may be retained in your private records.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt its operation, submit knowingly false booking details, or use our contact channels to distribute malware or unsolicited bulk messages.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under the laws of Hong Kong, Scalable Connects is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or from decisions you make after a review session. Our aggregate liability for a confirmed paid session is limited to the fees you paid for that session.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Courts of Hong Kong have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply.
Changes
We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the site after posting constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
