Weekly Snapshot Review
A fixed-window capture of your holdings, compared to a pre-agreed benchmark set, then discussed in a calm hour.
Who this is for
Private holders and small family desks who already know what they own, but lose the thread when prices and news move every few hours. You want one honest ledger for the week — not another feed of opinions.
What you receive
We lock a snapshot window (usually Sunday 23:00 HKT unless you prefer another close). Your desktop performance monitor records balances, allocation, and cost basis as they stood at that moment. In the session we:
- Compare the week’s portfolio change against the benchmark set you chose at onboarding
- Separate market-wide moves from coin-specific contribution
- Note allocation drift that crosses thresholds you set in advance
- Leave a one-page written summary you can file with your own records
What is not included
We do not place trades, sell signals, or custody assets. Tax filings, exchange disputes, and cold-wallet recovery sit outside this session.
How the hour runs
- Confirm the snapshot file and benchmark identifiers
- Walk the week’s deltas in plain language
- Decide whether any threshold you set earlier needs attention
- Agree the next snapshot window
Preparation
Have the desktop monitor synced before the call. Bring notes on deposits, withdrawals, or staking rewards that occurred during the week so we do not misread cash-flow as performance.
Duration and place
Sixty minutes by video, or in person at our Central address when you prefer a quiet room over a screen. First-time clients usually book an adjacent onboarding session so the monitor and benchmark set are ready.
Fee basis
Single reviews start from HKD 1,800. An eight-week retainer covers consecutive Sunday windows at a reduced per-session rate — details on the rates page.
