Data we collect
- Contact details you submit (name, email, message, optional session interest and preferred week)
- Technical logs such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, when analytics cookies are accepted
- Booking and invoice records needed to deliver and account for sessions
We do not ask for seed phrases, private keys, or full account passwords. Portfolio details you volunteer in a message or session are treated as confidential client material.
Purpose and legal basis
We process data to respond to enquiries, deliver booked sessions, issue invoices, improve the site when analytics are allowed, and meet accounting or legal duties under Hong Kong law.
Retention
Enquiry messages without a booking are typically kept up to 24 months. Booking and invoice records are retained for the period required by Hong Kong tax and company record rules. Analytics data follows the cookie durations listed on our cookies page.
Sharing
We use processors that host email, scheduling, or site infrastructure under contracts that limit use of your data. We do not sell personal data. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect rights and safety.
International transfers
If a processor stores data outside Hong Kong, we take steps appropriate to the transfer, such as contractual safeguards, before the transfer proceeds.
